Activate the Explorer-Extension


  1. Use the menu OPTIONS - OPTIONS.
  2. Change to the register OTHER.
  3. Mark the option ACTIVATE SHELL-EXTENSION IN WINDOWS-EXPLORER.
  4. Now there's a context menu item DF HEXEditor, if you mark files in the explorer and open the context menu.
  5. To remove the extension, deactivate the option. To deinstall the program successful, the extension have to deactivated and all explorer-windows have to be closed!
